1. Who we are

Seekaroo is provided by Codeplug Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions about this policy can be sent to satz@codeplugtech.in.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect personal data through the Seekaroo app. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, child accounts, public profiles, chat or user-generated content.

The public support website does not contain account registration, advertising pixels or contact forms. If you choose to email us, your email service sends the information you include in that message. We use it only to respond to your request and for legitimate support or legal recordkeeping.

3. Camera and object recognition

Seekaroo uses the device camera during object-finding quests. Camera frames are analyzed temporarily in memory by a machine-learning model bundled with the app. Camera images and video are not recorded, saved, uploaded or shared with us. Camera access can be disabled at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Progress, preferences and notifications

Quest progress, stars, streaks, vocabulary cards, app settings, language choices and reminder preferences are stored locally on the device. Local notifications are scheduled by iOS. This information is not transmitted to Codeplug Technologies. A parent can delete local progress in the Grown-ups area. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to the device’s backup settings.

5. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Seekaroo reads Apple-verified entitlement information to determine whether paid features are available. We do not receive payment-card details. Apple handles purchase information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

6. Children’s privacy

Seekaroo does not ask a child to provide a name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, account credentials or other personal information. Purchases, external links and settings are placed behind a parent check. Because the app does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has sent personal information to us in a support email, contact us and we will review and delete it when legally permitted.

7. Sharing, selling, retention and transfers

We do not sell or share app-user personal data for advertising. Because the app does not transmit personal data to us, we do not retain or internationally transfer app-user personal data. Support emails are handled by our email provider and retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain business records or comply with law.

8. Security and your choices

The app minimizes risk by keeping camera processing and learning progress on the device. Parents can deny camera or notification permission, reset progress, manage subscriptions through Apple, or delete the app. You may contact us to ask about information included in a support email.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Seekaroo’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be reflected in the App Store privacy disclosure before the changed practice is released.
