The app cannot find an object
Move closer, keep the full object inside the guide, improve the lighting and hold the phone steady for a few seconds. Try a familiar, unobstructed object rather than a picture of one.
Camera access was denied
Open iPhone or iPad Settings, choose Seekaroo, and enable Camera. Seekaroo processes frames on the device and does not save or upload them.
Restore a subscription
Open Grown-ups, complete the parent check, choose Subscription, then tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Change the language
Open Grown-ups and choose Language. Seekaroo follows the device language by default and also lets a parent select a supported language.
Subscriptions and billing
Apple manages billing, cancellations and refunds. Manage your subscription in Apple Account settings. For billing help, visit Apple Billing Support.
